Approach

Partnering with Sharice means gaining a strategic collaborator who honors the unique rhythm and history of every community. She begins by identifying the brilliance and strengths already present within a group, rather than focusing only on what is fractured. By applying an attachment-focused and person-centered lens, she supports groups in navigating high-pressure transitions through a foundation of emotional intelligence and trust.

This work is rooted in a fierce, unapologetic commitment to social justice and anti-oppressive practice. Sharice partners with her clients to identify and dismantle the systemic barriers and exclusionary policies that stifle growth. The focus is on creating restorative spaces where every individual feels seen, heard, and valued. By auditing power structures and implementing trauma-informed frameworks, she prioritizes the humanity of everyone within the system.

Sharice operates on the understanding that personal well-being and systemic health are inextricably linked. She builds a genuine culture of collective care to help leaders develop resilient environments where well-being and success coexist. Guided by the principle that caring for oneself is an act of preservation and political warfare, she utilizes restorative consultation and transformative training to equip teams to sustain themselves while doing the long-term work of change.

Mission

Sharice's mission is to promote healing, equity, and collective well-being by empowering individuals and organizations through trauma-informed mental health services, transformative training, and restorative consultation. Grounded in community voice, social justice, and person-centered care, She strives to create supportive spaces where people feel seen, heard, and equipped to lead meaningful, sustainable change.
